研究领域
原创性抗感染药物、抗凝血药物、抗肿瘤药物研究与开发 主要从事基于知识的原创性抗感染药物、抗凝血药物、抗肿瘤药物研究与开发。代表性成果是2009年成功研制出我国第一个具有自主知识产权的氟喹诺酮新药—盐酸安妥沙星,填补了我国该领域40余年的空白。和现有同类药物相比,本品在安全性、疗效、药代动力学均具有明显的优势。
