周德（De Zhou）（1980-），男，安徽枞阳人，博士研究生，管理学博士，浙江工商大学，公共管理学院土地资源管理系，副教授 / 硕士生导师 / 系主任，中国农业大学资源与环境学院土地资源管理系。

访学经历：2010.8-2011.8，国家留学基金委公派联合培养博士研究生项目，美国北达科他州立大学（North Dakota State University）访问学习
