殷西乐（198802-），男，山东泰安人，副研究员、硕士生导师，南开大学管理学博士（2014.09-2018.07），明尼苏达大学（Duluth campus）公派联合培养博士（2016.10-2017.10），九三学社社员。

主要借助实验方法探讨经济/企业组织中当事人的行为互动过程及其内在心理/脑神经机制。以第一或通讯作者在Corporate governance: an international review、Journal of behavioral and experimental economic、心理学报、中国工业经济、南开管理评论等重要期刊发表论文10多篇，同时为Social cognitive and affective neuroscience（SCAN）、南开管理评论等提供审稿服务。主持浙江省社科基金重点项目、浙江省自然科学基金青年项目，参与国家社科基金重点项目、面上项目多项。研究成果曾获第十六届天津市社会科学优秀成果二等奖，并被人大复印资料、东方早报、澎湃新闻转载或报道。

研究方向为行为公司治理、实验经济学。
