个人简介

于平,男,1974年9月出生,山东诸城人,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年毕业于浙江大学,获工学博士学位。英国Cranfield University和美国明尼苏达大学(University of Minnesota)高级访问学者,浙江省新世纪151人才工程培养人员,浙江省高校优秀青年教师资助计划入选者。

研究领域

(1)食品工业重要酶制剂产业化生产的关键技术;(2)生物催化与生物转化制备手性药物及其中间体;(3)食品质量与安全的快速检测技术(水产品和农产品等);(4)合成生物学与代谢工程
