个人简介

王奎武,男,1972年2月生,山东泰安人,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2006年毕业于浙江大学,获理学博士学位。2010年3月至2010年9月,美国韦恩州立大学高级访问学者。2006年4月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。

天然产物化学;食品功能因子;海洋微生物次级代谢产物;生物活性物质的快速鉴定
