崔华，女，1977年1月出生，博士，教授，硕士生导师。2008年6月毕业于西安电子科技大学理学院应用数学专业，获理学博士学位。2008年9月进入长安大学信息工程学院工作。2009年4月至2013年6月在长安大学国家重点学科“交通信息与控制”博士后流动站进行博士后合作研究。2012年4月至2013年4月在美国佐治亚理工学院电子与计算机工程系进行访学研究。在国内外期刊和会议上已发表学术论文20余篇，其中被EI/SCI检索18篇
