秦玉梅，女，1982年12月出生，山东淄博人，博士。2012获浙江工商大学食品与科学专业博士学位；2013-2017年在美国 Monell Chemical Senses Center从事博士后研究工作；2017年6月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。2017年获得第39届美国化学协会年会Polark 青年研究者奖。
