何闪英(1980.12-)：女，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1998年9月至2002年7月就读于中国海洋大学生态学专业，获学士学位，2002年9月免试保送中国海洋大学生命学院研究生，2007年6月获生物化学与分子生物学理学博士学位，2011.3-2012.5于美国佛罗里达大学从事学者访问。
