蔡 磊 博士,2006年毕业于浙江大学,2014年于中国科学院微生物研究所获得博士学位,同年加入浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院

研究领域

1)人工甜味剂与甜味受体的互作关系研究;2)人工甜味剂与肠道微生物;3)高盐食品微生物资源开发利用
