个人简介

李新,浙江大学药学院教授,博士生导师,长三角智慧绿洲创新中心双聘学者,入选中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者,浙江大学求是青年学者,担任中国微循环学会微循环药物研究专业委员会常务委员、中国神经科学学会脑血管功能与疾病分会委员、中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会委员等学术职务。讲授本科生课程《药物波谱解析》《药物化学》《药学化学实验》,曾获“全国高等学校药学类专业青年教师微课教学大赛”二等奖,“第十九届中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖”,“江苏医学科技奖(一等奖)”等奖励。迄今,已在Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society等期刊发表文章50余篇,授权专利10余项,2项技术正市场推广。

研究领域

荧光成像技术具有高时空分辨的优势,是揭示生物分子及生化事件动态变化规律必不可少的手段,同时也是药物靶标发现、新药筛选研究中的重要方法。如何实现生物分子的高特异、高灵敏、高对比度成像检测是该领域的重要科学问题。本实验室致力于实时成像分子探针构建及基于分子成像的药物发现研究工作。我们立足基础化学反应性,综合利用药物设计原理、光物理调控理论、光谱分析原理,发展高特异、高灵敏、高对比度光学探针,在多种生命维度中实时成像靶分子的时空变化规律,助力新型疾病诊疗靶标的发现及“点(靶点)线(通路)结合式”药物筛选模型的开发。
