刘小峰,材料科学与工程学院,副教授,博士生导师 德国“洪堡学者”;浙江省杰出青年基金获得者;国家高层次人才支持计划青年拔尖人才项目获得者 研究及教育经历 2013.10 至今 浙江大学材料科学与工程学院,副教授(自2014.1) 2011.4 ~ 2013.9 博士后(洪堡学者),合作导师 Markus Antonietti 教授,马克斯-普朗克胶体与界面研究所 2010.4 ~ 2011.3 博士后,东京工业大学,先端研究中心,导师 细野秀雄(Hideo Hosono) 教授 2007.3 ~ 2010.3 博士,中国科学院上海光学与精密机械研究所,导师 邱建荣 教授

光电子材料

研究兴趣 基于半导体材料的电子元件仍是当前信息处理和计算的核心,随着物联网、大数据以及人工智能等新一代信息技术的飞速发展,传统的电子器件已难以满足这些新技术对运算速度、通讯带宽以及能耗等多方面的要求。而全光器件在这些方面具有显著的优势。和半导体器件中依赖电流-电压的非线性关系来实现开关的原理类似,基于非线性光学材料的光调制器可以实现对光子作为信号载体的运算和处理。目前,具有宽波段超快非线性响应的材料体系是这些光子器件高速、高容量数据处理的关键。主要有两个研究方向 非线性光学材料与器件 a. 超快非线性效应及机制 b. 新型非线性光学材料 c. 超快光开关及光子芯片 光功能玻璃材料与器件 a. 光子功能玻璃的设计 b. 光功能玻璃的性能调控 c. 玻璃微结构化及光子器件 招收博士后及科研助理数名,欢迎五湖四海的有志青年加盟课题组!
