刘 东 博士 教授 博士生导师 现任浙江大学光电科学与工程学院副院长、极端光学技术与仪器全国重点实验室副主任,中国光学工程学会理事,中国光学学会激光光谱学专委会副主任委员,《大气与环境光学学报》执行副主编、《激光技术》编委会副主任委员、《光学学报》等期刊编委。团队于2018年主办了海洋光学遥感国际研讨会、2019年承办了大气光散射与遥感国际研讨会(ISALSaRS'19)、2020年联合承办了全国海洋光学高端论坛、2022年主办了大气及海洋激光雷达遥感国际研讨会、2023年承办了全国光电测量标准化技术委员会年会、2024年承办了第二届“空间、大气、海洋与环境光学”学术会议(SAME 2024)、联合承办了大气光散射与遥感国际研讨会(ISALSaRS'24);担任多个国际/国内学术会议主席(Chair)/共主席(Co-chair)、科学委员会(Science Committee)委员、程序委员会(Program Committee)成员等。分别于2005年和2010年在浙江大学光电学院(原光电系)获得学士学位和博士学位,并于2010年至2012年期间在美国宇航局(NASA)从事博士后研究工作。2012年9月入职浙江大学,2013年12月晋升副教授,2017年12月晋升教授。主要研究方向包括机器视觉缺陷检测、极端应用干涉检测、环境探测激光雷达等。主持国家重点研发计划项目及国家自然科学基金项目4项,出版教材及专著5部,作为第一/通讯作者在PNAS、PhotoniX、Light Sci & App、Remote Sens. Environ、Environ. Sci. Technol、CVPR等期刊及顶会上发表学术论文百余篇,授权的国家发明专利实现成果转化17项, 国内外学术会议作大会/主旨/邀请报告70余次。研究成果获浙江省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第一)、“金燧奖”中国光电仪器品牌榜金奖1项(排名第一)等,指导的研究生获国际国际大气环境遥感学会(AERSS)2023年中国优秀博士论文奖(全国6篇)、第九届中国光学工程学会创新论文奖(全国7篇)等。
