2001年7月 获清华大学材料科学与工程工学学士学位 2006年7月 获中国科学院物理研究所理学博士学位 2006年10月~2008年10月 日本国立产业技术综合研究所纳米管研究中心JSPS博士后 2008年10月~2010年9月 日本名城大学博士后,日本国立产业技术综合研究所客座研究员 2010年9月~2011年5月 日本国立产业技术综合研究所Research Scientist (tenure-track) 2011年5月 浙江大学教授

研究领域

1. 碳基电子学核心材料-碳纳米管的手性可控新思路和新技术尝试; 2. 碳纳米管-金属电极界面,包括原子、电子结构表征、三维结构、端部接触vs侧面接触、失效结构和机理等; 3. 碳纳米管-栅介质界面;叠层栅包括栅介质-栅电极界面等; 4. 纳米碳材料的电子束、离子束精确加工和缺陷调控; 5. 高性能原位电镜用MEMS器件的设计、开发和应用,主要用于碳纳米管器件性能测量和电镜联动表征等。
