个人简介
1969年10月出生,博士,2004年晋升教授、博士生导师,现任浙江大学药物信息学研究所所长、浙江大学药学院中药科学与工程学系主任,浙江省中医药重点实验室(中药制药工程)主任;兼任中华中医药学会中药制药工程分会常务委员,中国药学会制药工程专业委员会委员,中国中药协会中药智能制造专业委员会副主任委员,浙江省药学会制药工程专业委员会名誉主任委员,中国仪器仪表学会近红外光谱分会常务理事,创新中药关键技术国家重点实验室学术委员会委员,天津市中药智能制药与绿色制药重点实验室学术委员会主任,《中国中药杂志》、《中国现代应用药学》编委;入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”重点资助。近年来,负责主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家科技重大专项“重大新药创制”项目、国家973课题、国家“十五”科技攻关计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目等,参与多项国家级课题研究,发表学术论文200余篇,其中被SCI收录140余篇。获国家科学技术进步奖一等奖1项(2014年)、二等奖1项(2004年),省部级科学技术奖特等奖1项、一等奖1项、二等奖7项、三等奖2项,第八届浙江省青年科技奖;带领团队研发的在线分析系统和制药工业大数据已在40余家制药企业推广应用。 教育和工作经历 2004.12-今 教授,浙江大学药学院 / 浙江大学药物信息学研究所 2003.1—2004.11 副教授,浙江大学药学院 / 浙江大学药物信息学研究所 2001.1—2002.12 副教授,浙江大学材化学院 / 浙江大学制药工程研究所 1997.6—2000.12 讲师,浙江大学信电系 1992.9—1997.5 博士研究生, 浙江大学工业控制技术国家重点实验室 1990.7—1992.8 助理工程师,上海宝钢化工公司 1986.9—1990.7 本科生,浙江大学化工系 出版著作 医药分析信息学及分析数据处理技术,程翼宇,瞿海斌 编著,北京:化学工业出版社,2006. 丹参质量控制研究 (丹参大全卷4),主编 果德安,副主编季申、祝明、刘荣霞、瞿海斌,北京:人民卫生出版社,2008.
