个人简介
纪盈如博士,浙江大学传媒与国际文化学院计划研究员、博士生导师,浙江大学融媒体研究中心副主任。本科和硕士毕业于浙江大学(并获得最高荣誉竺可桢奖学金),辅修竺可桢学院创新与创业管理强化班,在香港中文大学获得传播学博士学位。 研究领域包括战略传播与公共关系、人机传播、风险和危机传播。在危机传播领域,研究个体在组织负面事件和社会公共舆论中的心理机制和危机传播行为,即将出版专著《归因偏见——社交媒体时代的舆论心理学》,强调归因偏见应作为一个敏化的概念,旨在提醒公众审慎地看待自己的归因心理和后续的传播行为,唤起公众对归因偏见的反思与警觉。近期,研究重点在战略传播和人机传播领域,一方面,关注中国企业在跨文化背景下的战略传播和关系管理,例如,企业社会责任、ESG(环境、社会和治理)以及可持续发展传播;另一方面,聚焦于人类与机器之间的沟通策略和关系管理。 第一作者论文主要见刊于传播学和公共关系学SSCI期刊顶刊Communication Research, New Media & Society, Journal of Public Relations Research, Public Relations Review。论文还见刊于传播学和商学类高水平SSCI期刊Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment Management, Internet Research, Chinese Journal of Communication, Asian Journal of Communication和International Journal of Business Communication; 传播学CSSCI期刊《当代传播》以及TSSCI期刊《传播研究与实践》和《传播与社会》。曾多次获得传播学国际顶级会议——国际传播学会年会(ICA)及新闻和大众传播教育学会年会(AEJMC)——最佳论文奖。 专著章节 Book Chapters Kim, S*., & Ji, Y.
