个人简介

吉晨, 男,曾任美国Avago公司高级工程师,现任浙江大学信电系教授。主要光子集成芯片领域的研究。 2011-2015任中国科学院半导体研究所研究员。主要研究方向为光子集成芯片,大功率DFB 激光器,以及光电子芯片产业化成果转换工作。毕业于美国康奈尔大学电机工程学院(Ph.D. Electrical Engineering), 本科毕业于美国Illinois大学 (UIUC, B.S. Physics, Summa Cum Laude)。 曾供职于美国HP-Phillips LumiLeds,安捷伦中心实验室,及参与加州大学戴维斯分校optical-CDMA集成光子芯片DARPA研发项目。前为美国Avago Technologies半导体公司光电产品部研发项目经理,有多年高速化合物半导体器件技术研究与产品开发的工作经历,先后直接参与或领导十余型号的芯片产品开发工作。近年于美国硅谷Finisar公司OSA部门从事下一代数据通讯标准的高速1310nm 56Gb/s PAM4 TOSA、ROSA研发,设计与测试工作。
