黄鹂强博士现任浙江大学教授、博士生导师，获中国科学技术大学博士学位和香港城市大学博士学位。黄博士以信息系统战略与战略信息系统为主要研究领域，目前研究包括企业数字化转型与价值创造，数据产品开发与治理策略，以及平台型企业生态发展战略三个方向。他的研究受到了国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点研发计划项目、浙江省自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金以及众多企业的资助，研究成果发表于国内外学术期刊如MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems,《管理工程学报》等，目前担任国际学术期刊Journal of Global Information Management和Information Technology & Management副主编。
