男，1979-10，肿瘤学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。 2003.7获浙江大学医学院医学学士学位，同年进入浙江大学医学院肿瘤研究所学习，导师为教育部长江学者胡讯教授，2008.7年获肿瘤学博士学位，博士论文获全国优秀博士论文提名奖。2008-8进入浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院肿瘤内科工作至今。2011.4至2012.10赴美国City of Hope Medical Center合作研究，

自噬在肿瘤发生发展及抗肿瘤治疗过程中的作用。目前主持国家青年自然基金：一类necroptosis诱导剂抗肿瘤干细胞研究
