个人简介
郭鸣鸣,博士,研究员,博士生导师,浙江大学“计划”引进人才。主要从事食品微生物安全防控机制,食品活性与智能包装等研究工作。主持或参与国家自然基金项目、浙江大学“计划”启动基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、浙江省自然科学基金、中央高校青年科研创新专项基金、美国农业部USDA-NIFA-AFRI项目、美国国家自然基金等科研项目。以第一作者或通讯作者Trends in Food Science & Technology, Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, International Journal of Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Food Hydrocolloids等国际知名期刊发表相关学术论文二十余篇。现为《包装工程》杂志青年编辑,中国振动工程学会包装动力学专业委员会理事,国际食品保护协会(IAFP)、美国化学学会(ACS)、国际食品科技学会(IFT)会员。担任Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, International Journal of Food Microbiology等期刊审稿人。目前主要承担《食品包装设计》、《食品工艺概论》两门本科生课程教学工作。
