个人简介

郭斌,浙江大学管理学院教授、博士生导师。现任浙江大学管理学院创新创业与战略学系主任、浙江大学-剑桥大学全球化制造与创新管理联合研究中心中方副主任。曾任浙江大学管理学院学院教授委员会副主任委员(2011/05-2020/12)、浙江大学校学术委员会委员(2017/04-2022/04)。英国剑桥大学高级访问学者(2009)。获得浙江省自然科学基金杰出青年团队项目(2010年)、霍英东教育基金会第十一届高校青年教师基金(2008年)资助。相关学术成果发表在《Research Policy》、《Global Strategy Journal》、《Technovation》、《Industrial Marketing Management》、《International Business Review》、《European Management Journal》、《International Journal of Technology Management》、《Journal of Knowledge Management》、《Electronic Commerce Research》、《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》、《Journal of Information Science》、《International Journal of Information Management》、《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》等国际学术期刊以及《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》、《管理世界》等国内社会科学刊物。在追赶情境下创新驱动行为与竞争优势产生的基础机制方面,围绕着中国制造的崛起提出了具有原创性的理论与解释框架——“追赶阶梯理论”(A Theory of Catch-up Ladders)。曾获得浙江大学管理学院”我最喜爱的老师” (2009 年、2012 年)、浙江大学竺可桢学院最佳任课教师(2016 年度)、首届浙江大学管理学院三好老师“好学者”(2017 年)、浙江大学教学最高奖项永平教学贡献提名奖(2020年)、浙江大学管理学院专业学位优质教育教学奖(教师贡献奖,2022年)。 出版著作 Guo Bin, Decoding the Rise of Made-in-China Why the Continuity of Catch-up Ladder Ultimately Matters, Scientific Press, 2023.
