方慧，2003年6月毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程专业，获博士学位。自2003年起在浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院工作。于2013年12月至2014年12月赴美国Iowa State University访学一年。主要从事数字农业、农机自动导航、无人机喷药、植物三维信息采集与处理、农作物养分及病虫害高光谱信息处理等方向的研究。 先后主持国家基金项目2项、863项目子项1项、浙江省重大研发项目1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项。作为主要研究人员参与国家重点研究计划、国家863计划项目多项、国家基金项目1项（排名前3）。发表国内外期刊及会议论文数十篇，其中SCI、EI收录20余篇，授权发明专利6项，软件著作权登记4项。研发了国内第一代手持式的农田面积测量及信息采集系统，也是农机智能管理云平台核心研发人员之一。 奖励荣誉 1）2008，浙江省科学技术奖，一等奖, 土壤养分定位快速测试分析仪器的开发，第5完成人 2) 2015，教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术进步奖） 一等奖, 植物病虫害信息早期快速检测关键技术研究与仪器开发, 第5完成人
