个人简介

工学博士,浙江大学药学院教授、博士生导师、药物制剂研究所副所长。1991年毕业于原浙江农业大学食品科技系,1999年和2002年分别获得日本东京农工大学硕士和博士学位,2002年至2005年3月日本产业技术综合研究所特别研究员;2005年4月浙江大学药学院药物制剂研究所副教授。2010年12月晋升教授。2020药学领域全球前2%顶尖科学家(斯坦福大学和爱思唯尔联合发布),入选浙江省新世纪151人才二层次培养资助。中国医师协会介入分会介入医学工程与生物技术学组委员、浙江省数理医学会人工智能影像与介入分会委员、浙江省毒理学会纳米毒理专业委员会委员。 主要从事药物新剂、新制剂和纳米靶向给药系统的设计与构建,及其在癌症、细菌感染与脏器损伤、脊髓损伤与神经再生、关节炎与骨再生、皮肤性疾病与损伤的治疗中的应用研究。作为项目负责人已承担完成或正在承担国家863科技计划项目、国家重点研发项目、JG重大新药创制项目、国家重点基础研究发展(973)计划子课题、国家自然科学基金(5项)、浙江省自然科学基金重大项目1项和重点项目2项。研究成果已在Sci Adv, Nature Communications, Angew Chem Int Edit, ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Biomaterials, J Control Rel, ACS Appl.
