戴宁，女，浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院/浙大城市学院医学院院长，教授，主任医师，博士生导师。1983年毕业于原浙江医科大学医学系本科，1990－1993年在德国埃森大学医学院留学，1993.6获医学博士学位。2003.3-2004.3在瑞士苏黎世大学医院进修。 现为中华医学会消化学会胃肠动力学组委员，中华医学会功能性胃肠病学组副组长，浙江省医学会消化分会副主任委员，浙江省医师协会消化医师分会副会长，浙江省胃肠动力学组组长。 从事临床医疗，教学，科研工作30多年，对消化系统疾病诊治有较深造诣，擅长疑难消化病例的诊断和治疗，综合分析能力强，诊断符合率高，熟练、正确、成功地组织和抢救了相当数量消化系统危重病人如 消化道大出血，急性重症胰腺炎等。精通内镜下的诊断和治疗，如 食管曲张静脉的硬化、套扎、消化道狭窄的扩张、食管癌支架放置术，消化道息肉摘除，急诊消化道出血的止血和经皮内镜下胃造瘘等，并在省内率先开展了经皮内镜下空肠造瘘技术； 一直坚持工作在教学第一线，担任医学院本科生和研究生的任课和临床带教老师。主要负责的《内科学》、《内科学进展》、《消化，内分泌及生殖医学模块》等课程，教学效果良好，曾获得浙江大学首届校级名师的荣誉称号和浙江大学优秀带教老师一等奖。作为医院内科教研室主任，每周主持Teaching Case，每隔周三的Grand Round，每月一次的MDT Teaching Case，连续17年从未间断。自1994年起，带领大内科同事建立了内科医学生晨间教学体系，每年见习生，实习生，研究生，住院医师,全科培训医生，进修医生，社区医生参与，累计参与学生近5000名。2001年被浙江大学医学院立为重点教改项目，内科学获首批浙江大学精品课程建设项目。2014年获得浙江大学医学院院级教学成果一等奖，2016年获得浙江大学教学成果二等奖。至今我们内科教学已经积累了1000多个病例，帮助医生开阔了思路。近5年来，主持开展医联体远程教学，邵逸夫医院内科通过各类示范教学，不仅将大量的医学进展通过这样的方式传递给了这些联合医院的同道，更是将传承医学教育的理念与方法展示给他们； 在国内首先开展了幽门螺杆菌耐药性逆转的研究，成功筛选出对幽门螺杆菌耐药性有良好逆转作用的药物，并发现了幽门螺杆菌的膜耐药现象，这对幽门螺杆菌耐药机制的研究和耐药菌的治疗具有十分重要的价值。组织创建了邵逸夫医院胃肠动力中心，致力于功能性胃肠病和胃肠动力障碍性疾病发病机制研究，尤其是肠易激综合征发生、发展机制的研究，已在《American Journal of Gastroenterology.影响因子 10.383》等国际和国内TOP学术期刊上发表论文50多篇，参编著作4部，主持国家自然科学基金、省重大国际合作等研究课题多项，研究成果多次在国内外重要会议上交流；参与中国疾病指南制定（慢性便秘、肠易激综合征和功能性消化不良），在肠易激综合征和慢性便秘诊治方面的研究国内领先，部分填补国内空白。2016年获批主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，近5年发表SCI论文共22篇，影响因子共计73.655,其中11篇IF>3，3篇IF>5。带领的功能性胃肠病科研团队重视国际国内学术交流，目前已有合作关系的国内外著名团队包括苏黎世大学消化科，德州大学医学院临床生理实验室，浙江省农科院微生物生态与免疫实验室等，合作研究的主要内容包括 1.
