个人简介

入选国家、省等高级人才计划,先后负责国家蛋白质重大研究计划“青年 973 项目”、国家优秀青年基金项目,获得“树兰基金”医学青年人才奖、中美生物医学工程青年科学家奖(2019)(每 3 年 1 次, 每次中美各 1 人)等奖项;先后受邀在中国免疫学学会年会(2018)、全国生物力学大会(2018)和中美生物医学工程暨海内外生物力学研讨会(2019)上做大会主题报告。 长期致力于研究膜受体识别机理研究,突破生命科学领域传统研究手段的限制,自主研发了“多谱相”及“超稳”单分子力谱技术,在细胞膜原位精准表征物理-化学耦合调控下的膜蛋白识别机理及跨膜信号转导的规律,授权 9 项国家发明专利;先后主持了国家科技部蛋白质重大研究计划“青年项目(青年 973)”(2014)和国 家自然科学基金委“优秀青年项目” (2015)等项目,积极参与新冠疫情相关研究,利用单分子力谱技术,揭示了力学-化学耦合动态调控 T 细胞受体 (T-cell receptor, TCR)非我抗原识别以及新冠病毒入侵等分子机制,提出新型阻断新冠病毒入侵的策略,为阐明诸如重大疾病的免疫应答、新冠病毒感染等规 律及肿瘤免疫治疗、新冠疫情防治等提供重要的理论基础; 获得了一系列国内外同行认可的学术成绩。迄今在 Cell、Molecular Cell、Cell Research、JCB 等共发表学术论著 31 篇。近五年来,以通讯作者(含共同)在 Mol Cell (2019) (被 Faculty 1000 收录推荐)、Cell Res (三篇 2020; 2021;2024)、EMBO J (2021)、Angew Chemie (2023)、PNAS(2023)、JCB(2023)、eLife (2019)、Nano Lett (2020)、Bioinformatics (2021)、JITC (2022)等发表论文。 教育经历 1997-2001 浙江大学电气工程学院 本科 2001-2003 浙江大学电气工程学院 硕士 2003-2009 美国 Georgia Insitute of Technology PhD (Bioengineering)
