二级教授,工学博士,博士生导师;浙江氢能储输技术及装备全省重点实验室副主任。兼任中国可再生能源学会氢能专业委员会副主任委员,中国稀土学会理事,中国氢能标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC309)委员,中国标准化协同创新平台首届氢能专家委员会委员,浙江省能源研究会储能技术专业委员会主任委员,Journal of Magnesium and Alloys和《太阳能学报》期刊编委;教育部高等学校材料类专业教学指导委员会副秘书长,浙江省高等学校材料类专业教指委秘书长,浙江省专业学位研究生教育指导委员会材料化工与生物医药分会召集人。入选教育部"新世纪优秀人才计划"和浙江省"新世纪151人才工程"。长期从事材料科学与工程的专业人才培养以及储氢/蓄电材料的基础研究与应用开发,研究领域主要包括金属氢化物/络合氢化物/液态有机氢化物储氢材料、新型电池材料以及高密度储氢装置、加氢站固态储供氢系统、燃料电池氢源系统、氢同位素分离与存储技术、工业副产氢回收净化压缩技术、内燃机氢-油混燃技术、氢-电融合调能技术、高安全宽温域高比能新型电池技术等。先后主持(在研和完成的)国家重点研发计划、863计划、973计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、浙江省重大科技专项等30余项科研项目,以及教育部高等学校专业综合改革试点项目(1项)、浙江省高等教育教学改革研究项目(3项)等,参与编写5项氢能技术国家标准和1项储能技术电力行业协会标准。科研成果获得50余件授权专利和1项教育部科技进步一等奖,并在Nature, Nature Energy, Nature Chemistry, Nature Commun., Energy Environ. Sci., Adv.
