陈恒林，男，博士学位，现任浙江大学电气工程学院副教授，浙江大学求是青年学者，博士生导师。 2000年和2003年毕业于天津大学，分别获学士和硕士学位；2007年毕业于浙江大学，获博士学位。2008年1月至2009年9月 在浙江大学电气学院任师资博士后，2009年10月加入浙江大学电力电子技术研究所任讲师，2011年12月晋升副教授。 2011年5月至2012年5月期间受邀在美国Clemson University作访问学者，在IEEE EMC Society前任主席Todd H. Hubing教授指导下 从事高频电磁兼容研究。 奖励荣誉 2023年获浙江大学电气工程学院院级先进工作者奖励， 2023年11月获中国电源学会电磁兼容专业委员会首届学术年会优秀论文奖， 2023年10月获中国新能源车充电与驱动技术大会优秀论文奖， 2022年获浙江大学电气工程学院越峰电子奖教金， 2021年获浙江大学电气工程学院四方股份奖教金， 2016年获IEEE EMC Society-APEMC 青年科学家奖励， 2016年获IEEE车辆动力与驱动国际会议（IEEE VPPC 2016）最佳论文奖， 2015年获浙江大学优秀研究生德育导师奖励，2010年获台达访问学者奖励，2010年获院级先进工作者奖励。

牵头举办2024中国电源学会电磁兼容专业委员会第二届学术年会，担任大会共同主席； 2017年6月起担任中国某部电磁兼容与防护技术专业组评审专家； 2014年4月至今担任中国电源学会电磁兼容专业委员会副主任；2009.11至今任浙江省电源学会副秘书长； 担任了国家重点研发计划重点专项2017 年度项目会评专家； 担任了2018 Joint IEEE EMC & APEMC智能电网与电力电子电磁兼容专题会议主席； 担任了2016年深圳APEMC会议智能电网与电力电子电磁兼容专题会议主席； 担任了2016年杭州国际车辆动力与驱动会议（IEEE VPPC）会议电动汽车电磁兼容专题会议主席； 担任了2012年新加坡亚太电磁兼容国际会议（APEMC）电力电子电磁兼容特别会议的分会主席； 担任了2012年国家自然科学基金委电工学科电力电子学科项目交流会分会召集人；担任国家自然科学基金项目的评议人。 是IEEE Trans. on Electromagnetic Compatibility，IEEE Trans. on Power Electronics，IEEE Trans. on Magnetics，中国电机工程学报， 电工技术学报，电子学报等期刊审稿人， 被评为《中国电机工程学报》2019年度“优秀审稿专家”。
