个人简介

博士,教授、博士生导师。2005年度全国百篇优博论文提名奖获得者,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划获得者、浙江省151人才第二层次资助和浙江省杰出青年基金获得者。 2003年6月获得浙江大学工学博士学位,2003年7月留校工作。2004年11月赴德国柏林工业大学从事高级访问研究。2005年获国家全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖。2009年11月受国家公派资助赴德国Fraunhofer IGB开展访问研究。2011年12月晋升为教授,同年获博士生指导教师资格。2012年度获教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、浙江省"151"人才工程第二层次资助及浙江省优秀博士后。近年来先后主持参加国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、省科技厅重大科技计划等项目。最近5年在本学科高水平期刊上发表了SCI收录论文30余篇,在国内期刊上发表了4篇EI收录论文。申请国家发明专利40项,其中已授权的发明专利35项,公开20项。获省部科技奖励3项,作为第一完成人完成的博士研究论文获得2005年教育部优秀博士论文提名奖。在学术兼职方面,兼任多本SCI期刊特邀审稿专家。同时还兼任中国食品科技学会乳酸菌分会理事、浙江省食品学会理事、浙江省生物工程学会会员、ACS会员等。
