个人简介
曾苏博士,浙江大学临床药学研究中心主任、药学院教授兼学术委员会主任。国家杰出青年基金和全国优秀教师奖章获得者、享受国务院政府特殊津贴、入选国家“才工程。 主要学术成绩 将药物分析学研究对象从药物活性成分扩大到药物效应分子,拓展了药物分析学内涵,创立分析药理学;构建人源化药酶和转运体模型,发现基于药酶和转运体表观调节机制的药靶/生物标志物;基于干预表观遗传学动态修饰,提出通过诱导摄取型转运体表达来增加药物在肿瘤细胞中浓度进而逆转耐药的策略。 主要学术兼职 现任第八届国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员(药学)、国家药典委员会委员、中国药理学会理事、中国药理学会分析药理学专业委员会名誉主任和药物代谢专业委员会副主任、中国生物医药技术协会药物分析技术分会副主任、中国化学会手性化学专业委员会委员。《J Pharm Anal》《药物分析杂志》《中国现代应用药学》副主编,《Drug Metab Dispo》《Phytomed》《Curr Drug Metab》《Xenobiotica》《药学学报》《中国药学杂志》《Acta Pharm Sin B》《中国抗抗生素杂志》《浙江大学学报(医学版)》《高等药学教育研究》等杂志编委。 主持国家精品资源共享课《药物分析》http //www.icourses.cn/coursestatic/course_4271.html和主编“十二五”高等教育国家级规划教材《药物分析学》http //res.hep.com.cn/38854。在Sci Transl Med、Nat Commu、Drug Metab Dispo、Anal Chem、J Pharm Anal、J Chromatagr A、Nucleic Acids Res、Theranostics等学术刊物上发表系列论文,主编著作和教材4部。 出版著作 曾苏主编,《手性药理学与手性药物分析》,科学出版社,2009 曾苏主编,《药物分析学》,2nd Ed,高等教育出版社,2014(国家级“十二五”规划教材) 曾苏主编,《药物代谢学》,2nd Ed,浙江大学出版社,2008 曾苏主编,《临床药物代谢动力学》,人民卫生出版社,2007(卫生部“十一五”规划教材) 奖励荣誉 国家杰出青年基金获得者和吴阶平医学研究奖—保罗·杨森药学研究奖药学专业二等奖获得者、享受国务院政府特殊津贴、入选国家“百千万人才工程”、浙江省跨世纪学术和技术带头人第一层次、浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、全国优秀教师及全国优秀教师奖章获得者、浙江省优秀教师。
