个人简介
1999年毕业于北京大学医学部公共卫生学院,获得学士学位。2005年毕业于中国疾病预防控制中心,传染病预防控制所,获得博士学位。2005-2010在美国斯坦福大学免疫系做博士后,2010-2016年在美国斯坦福大学做助理研究员。2016年获得海外国家级青年人才计划,并受聘在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院任研究员,博士生导师。在国际著名期刊Immunity,Nature communication,eLife,PNAS等杂志发表文章。 研究兴趣 CAR-T及TCR-T细胞介导的肿瘤免疫治疗的核心问题是:1. 如何让免疫细胞更有效的浸润肿瘤? 2.如何特异性的识别肿瘤抗原? 3.如何在抑制性的免疫微环境中保持正常的免疫功能? 4.如何低成本的制备CAR-T/TCR-T。我们实验室围绕CAR-T/TCR-T的肿瘤浸润、抗原识别、维持CAR-T/TCR-T细胞的持久性及通用型CAR-T等方向进行探索。
