个人简介

曹志刚 教授,博士生导师,教育部青年长江学者,国家注册土木工程师。 2011年于浙江大学建筑工程学院获岩土工程博士学位;国际著名高铁研究中心瑞典CHARMEC联合培养博士。长期致力于饱和土波动理论与交通岩土工程等领域教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金4项(青年基金1项、面上项目3项)、国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项、浙江省杰出青年基金1项;主持重大工程咨询项目20余项。 研究成果发表学术论文100余篇,包括SCI论文60余篇;其中在土动力学与岩土工程顶级期刊《J. Sound Vibr.》、《Int. J. Solids. Struct.》、《J. Geotech. Geoenviron. Eng.》、《Can. Geotech. J.》、《J. Eng. Mech.》、《Nano Energy》等发表学术论文20余篇。授权发明专利12项,登记软件著作权4项,主编或参编该领域专著2本、规范1本。任中国土木工程学会、国际土协(ISSMGE)、美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)等会员、中国土力学及岩土工程分会交通岩土工程专业委员会委员、《中国公路学报》青年编委;担任国际期刊《sustainability》客座主编,获邀在国际学术会议做邀请报告5次。 研究成果应用于亚洲最大城市隧道群紫之隧道、国家重点保护文物杭州白塔、高精度冷冻电镜室、温州永强机场等30余项重大工程的振动控制与沉降处治,获省部级科技进步奖3项、省自然科学一等奖1项。于2019年获首届黄文熙-陈宗基岩土力学青年学者奖。 建设国家一流线上课程《基础工程》,获浙江大学优质教学奖二等奖,青年教师教学比赛三等奖,获评浙江大学“我最喜爱的老师”、浙江大学优秀德育导师、浙江大学建筑工程学院“十佳教工”。 主要获奖情况 1. 2012年,交通荷载作用下软土地基沉降、振动理论及控制技术,浙江省科学技术奖一等奖(5/13). 2. 2014年,复杂应力条件下深厚软土地区深大基坑全过程控制技术及应用,浙江省科学技术一等奖(8/13). 3. 2019年,滨海沿江城市隧道建造关键技术与应用,浙江省科学技术二等奖(2/8).
