赵志强，男，汉族，山东省滨州市人，1986年6月生，中国矿业大学（北京）能源与矿业学院副教授、硕士生导师，现任煤炭行业巷道支护与灾害防治工程研究中心总工程师。2014年硕博连读毕业于中国矿业大学（北京）采矿工程专业，获得工学博士学位，并留校任教。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项（第6）、省部级一等奖2项（第2、第4）、二等奖3项（第1、第1、第2）。

主要从事巷道矿压理论与灾害防治、巷道快速与智能掘进、地下工程施工与病害治理等方面的教学和研究工作
