1. 材料和器件辐射效应研究 主要研究电离辐射与半导体器件和材料相互作用过程,及其对器件和材料性能和参数的影响及评价。 2. 辐射剂量学研究 在器件和材料辐射效应研究、放射治疗剂量验证、辐射防护等领域的辐射剂量测量方法研究。 3. 光子和电子蒙特卡罗输运计算 主要研究电子和光子在感兴趣材料微区中能量沉积、光子和电子的能谱分布。
