研究领域

(1) 挖掘人体致病菌、益生菌、食品等重要微生物中的次级代谢潜力,获取具有特定活性的化合物,解析其作用机制和生理功能,创新健康促进和疾病诊疗的先进手段。 (2)在对微生物药物分子和高活性化合物的生物合成机理充分了解的基础上,设计合理的策略,通过合成生物学和合成衍生等手段改造药物分子,创制新的先导药物。 (3) 利用次级代谢的多样性探索生命最基本的代谢和进化问题,理解生命形式的多样性。
