研究领域
主要研究方向为代谢失调性疾病的新药发现与药理药效学研究,以及代谢失调性疾病发生发展分子机制和药物新靶标确认研究。选择与代谢性疾病相关(肥胖、糖尿病、高脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝以及皮肤色素代谢失调)的G-蛋白偶联受体、酶分子作为药物筛选的主要靶点,建立细胞或分子水平的高通量筛选模型,通过筛选和评价,从中发现具有良好开发前景的药物先导化合物。 胰岛β-细胞糖脂毒性机制研究及β-细胞保护药物发现研究。 脂肪细胞分化的分子机制研究及其干预药物的发现研究。 黑色素代谢信号通路研究及干预黑色素代谢失调药物的发现研究。基于激酶B-RafV600E的抗皮肤黑色素瘤药物发现与研究。研究组与国内外多个研究机构、大学和企业紧密合作,共同开展代谢失调性疾病新药和发病机制研究,为药物研发提供平台和新的研究思路。
