个人简介
2002年7月毕业于浙江大学医学院临床医学系,获得MD。2006年7月毕业于中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学,获得PhD。2006年至2010年在美国哈佛大学医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究。2009年任哈佛大学医学院讲师和Research Associate。2010年9月至2016年8月任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员,研究组长。2016年9月起任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。曾获得国家杰出青年科学基金、ISHR杰出研究员奖、“英国皇家学会-牛顿高级学者基金”、中国青年科技奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、谈家桢生命科学创新奖、树兰医学青年奖等。
研究领域
研究体内特定类型细胞的起源及命运,揭示细胞在发育、疾病和组织再生中的分化或转分化现象(细胞命运可塑性)及细胞命运调控机制具有重大的科学意义。研究组主要利用基于同源重组酶系统的遗传谱系追踪技术(图),在哺乳动物体内进行细胞标记及追踪来研究细胞的起源及命运。此外,研究组长期致力于谱系追踪新技术的开发及应用,并利用新技术更加深入探索哺乳动物体内细胞命运可塑性及其分子机制
