个人简介
现任中国科学院化学研究所研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院分子识别与功能重点实验室主任。1989年毕业于湘潭大学化学系,1992年在中国科学院化学研究所获得硕士学位,1998在香港理工大学应用生物与化学科技系获得博士学位,导师为陈新滋院士。1992-1995年任中国科学院化学研究所实习研究员和助理研究员,1998年通过中国科学院化学研究所优秀人才招聘计划回所工作,任副研究、课题组长,2003年聘任为中国科学院化学研究所研究员。2003年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2009年获国务院政府特殊津贴。目前主要研究领域为不对称催化和树状大分子的设计合成及功能应用。共发表研究论文140余篇,其中Chem. Rev.1篇, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.5篇, J. Am. Chem. Soc.3篇,H-因子为30;撰写和主编专著3部;应邀参加国内外学术会议并作邀请报告40余次。部分成果作为第二完成人获2005年国家自然科学二等奖。
