个人简介

博士。毕业于上海交通大学医学院(瑞金医院)获得博士学位(1999-2002)。此后在英国贝尔法斯特女王大学医学院任博士后研究员(2003-2005),美国阿拉巴马大学医学院任博士后研究员、讲师(2005-2009),约翰霍普金斯大学医学院讲师(2009)。近年来,应用转基因动物及组织特异性基因敲除动物模型系统开展了骨、骨髓组织发育与再生的细胞与分子学机理研究,包括HIF、 TGF-beta、BMP、PTEN 等信号在成体干细胞增殖与分化调控的研究等。相关工作已发表在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, J Clin Invest, Cell, Nat Med, J Biol Chem,J Bone Miner Res,等。在本领域有影响的SCI 收录国际期刊发表论著30 余篇。合作主编专著2 部,参编著作4 部。曾获得英国骨科研究学会访问学者奖、日本骨科学会青年学者奖、国际华人骨研学会Webster Jee 青年学者奖和美国骨矿研究学会Harold Frost 青年学者奖等。作为合作者曾获上海市科学技术进步奖三等奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖等。先后承担或参与香港研究资助局项目,国家自然科学基金-香港研究资助局联合项目,国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目等多项课题的研究。

研究领域

主要研究方向包括组织器官修复低氧微环境的分子调控,成体干细胞分化的信号传导与调控,血管生成在组织再生中的基础与应用研究等。

学术兼职

香港中文大学医学院生物医学学院、深圳研究院助理教授,博士生导师。现为香港中文大学深圳研究院、医学院生物医学学院干细胞与再生医学

主题研究组成员。目前担任10 余家相关专业学术期刊的审稿专家、国家自然科学基金委评审专家、深圳市科技专家局评审专家等。
