RESEARCH SUMMARY My research interests focus on computer-aided design for integrated circuits and systems (machine mearning systems, emerging memories and applications, hardware security, etc.). I received the 2015 EDAA Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Award. I have published 80+ papers in world's top journals and conferences.

I have developed a parallel sparse solver named NICSLU which is well suited for SPICE-style circuit simulation applications. NICSLU can be downloaded from https://github.com/chenxm1986/nicslu or https://gitee.com/chenxm1986/nicslu. NICSLU has been proven to be a high-performance solver in real circuit simulations by several leading EDA companies. Some techniques have been adopted in domestic EDA software.
