靳艳，女，博士，研究员。1992年大连理工大学获得学士学位，1995年大连理工大学获得硕士学位，2001年在中国科学院大连化学物理研究所获得博士学位。曾在德国哥廷根大学、法国南特大学和香港大学作高级访问学者。
