与心脏疾病相关的受体和离子通道蛋白（主要是钾离子通道）的结构与功能研究。 综合应用分子生物学、电生理膜片钳技术阐述通道蛋白受调控（包括辅助亚基调控、天然毒素调控等）的结构与功能机制。
