教育背景 战略管理博士-香港中文大学 技术管理硕士-北京大学 工程结构分析学士-北京大学 常钰博士获香港中文大学管理学博士学位。在此之前，她从北京大学获得工程结构分析学士学位，以及技术管理硕士学位。她的研究聚焦于多种形式的创新壁垒、以及管理者认知对创新创业的影响。她的部分研究已发表在Science and Public Policy，International Small Business Journal等期刊。此外，她还在美国管理学会年会、国际商务学会年会、亚洲管理学会年会等国际学术会议，报告自己的工作论文。 教学 常钰博士在我校教授创新、创业、战略管理相关课程。她教授的课程包括 创业与创新导论 战略管理 新产品与创新管理
