尹华锐，男，生于1973年3月，博士。现任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系副教授。主要研究方向为无线通信、信号处理等。 1991年9月～1996年6月，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获电子工程专业学士学位。 1996年9月～1999年6月，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获通信与信息系统专业硕士学位。 1999年7月至今，工作于中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系 2002年9月～2006年6月，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获通信与信息系统专业博士学位。 2010年3月～2011年3月，美国衣阿华州立大学访问学者。 先后承担或参与了多项无线通信网络相关的国家自然科学基金、国家863、国家973、国家重大专项及省部级项目。
