戚泽明副研究员，男，1972年5月生。2001年获中国科学技术大学博士学位并留校工作，2005年晋升副研究员。目前是国家同步辐射实验室红外谱学和显微成像光束线站的负责人，负责建成了大陆首个基于同步辐射的远红外光谱以及红外显微成像实验站。在合肥光源重大维修改造项目中担任副总工艺师。1996.11-1997.11在日本琦玉工业大学合作研究。2000年11月赴台湾同步辐射研究中心(NSRRC)合作研究。2004.10-2005.10作为访问学者在法国SOLEIL同步辐射实验室工作，参加了SOLEIL同步辐射实验室红外光谱实验线站的设计和建设。戚泽明长期从事同步辐射技术及应用，高介电系数栅介质薄膜生长和介电性质，二维异质材料结构和性质，以及稀土发光材料的微结构与光学性质关系的研究工作。作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金4项，国家重大科学仪器开发项目子项目1项。在Appl.Phys.Lett.,Nano Research, Nanoscale, Macromolecules, Advanced Materials, Phys.Rev.B, J.Mater.Chemsitry,Scientific Report, Biomacromolecule,Nanotechnology,Europhysics Letter， J.Phy.Chem.,等杂志上已发表论文九十余篇。
