个人简介

中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部教授。2006 年获南京大学生物技术学士学位;2012 年获中国科学院上海生命科学研究院博士学位,中科院院长优秀奖;2013 年起,美国耶鲁大学遗传学系博士后。2014-2017年获美国 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fellow Award 和基金会研究资助。2018年底入职科大。研究方向为肿瘤多维度逃逸机制探索及新型干预策略设计。近五年(2020-2024)以通讯作者在Immunity, Cell Host Microbe, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Commun, Protein Cell, Mucosal Immunol, Elife上发表多篇研究论文及评论。研究工作多次被Nat Rev Immunol, Nat Med和Nat Immunol点评以及被 Faculty 1000 收录和推荐。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利4项。 教育工作经历 2002-2006年,南京大学生命科学学院,获学士学位 2006-2012年,中科院上海生命科学研究院健康科学研究所,获细胞生物学博士学位 2013-2018年,美国耶鲁大学医学院遗传系,博士后 2018年至今,中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,教授,博士生导师 获奖情况 2012年 中科院院长优秀奖 2014年 美国Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fellow Award 2018年 中组部创新人才计划

研究领域

肿瘤免疫治疗是肿瘤治疗领域一大创新成就。肿瘤免疫治疗重要手段之一,免疫检查点阻断治疗策略,获得2018年获得诺贝尔生理医学奖,针对性的anti-PD-1/L1抗体目前也是全世界年销售额最高的药物。尽管取得了辉煌的成就,但目前免疫检查点阻断治疗,在不同肿瘤类型中,仍然存在60%以上病人对于治疗不响应、无效,甚至在一些癌种比如结直肠癌,响应率不足10%。这提示肿瘤存在非常复杂的逃逸机制。如何寻找肿瘤新的逃逸机制?如何更好地针对这些逃逸机制设计靶向干预策略?从而更有效地提高病人对于免疫治疗的响应率?等等,是肿瘤免疫研究领域的痛点和热点,也是未来联合免疫疗法的重要方向。
