个人简介
陆亚林,男,1964年5月出生,江苏省如皋人,中国科学技术大学杰出讲席教授,合肥国家实验室杰出研究员。现担任中国科学技术大学校长特别助理、先进光子科学技术安徽省实验室主任、科技部“依托大科学装置前沿研究“国家重大研究计划总体组组长、多项国家重大基础设施/国家重大仪器研究专项负责人等。是2006年国家自然科学一等奖获得者、2008年首批国家海外高层次人才引进计划和首批国家特聘专家、斯洛文尼亚工程院首批外籍院士、国际欧亚科学院院士等。曾担任国家同步辐射实验室主任、中科院合肥大科学中心和中国科学院物质科学中心副主任、中科院能量转换材料重点实验室主任、中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系执行主任等职。 1991年获南京大学凝聚态物理博士学位,师从闵乃本先生从事光、声学超晶格研究。利用周期性铁电畴反转可以实现非线性光学准位相匹配、能够拓宽位相匹配频率范围、有效产生蓝绿光的物理新机制,攻克了生长铌(钽)酸锂光、声学超晶格大块单晶的难题,首次研制出高效微型固体蓝光激光器,并因此与闵乃本先生一起获 2006 年国家自然科学一等奖、江苏省杰出成就奖等。他于1996 年到美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室(LBL)工作,之后又分别在 Tufts、 USAFA、UCCS等高校任教,同期还兼任AFOSR项目主管。致力于功能材料、先进表征技术研究。这个期间的突出成就包括发明国际上第一个被光通讯产业商业化的 PMN-PT 透明电光陶瓷、 发明被介电材料领域广泛使用的非线性微波近场扫描显微镜、以及开拓超材料在太赫兹器件以及新能源应用研究等, 相关成果入选 2000 年 R&D Magazine 的“R&D 100”,期间还多次获得 AFA 年度杰出成就奖和AF研究奖。 2008年,陆亚林入选首批国家海外高层次人才计划和首批国家特聘专家。2011年底全时回国工作,结合国家重大战略需求及自身背景优势,在以下方面开展了卓有成效的工作:一、瞄准量子功能材料前沿,创制多参量复合单相量子功能材料新体系; 二、 聚焦解决物性表征以及被卡脖子的“太赫兹空白”、X 射线成像等关键技术,发明最紧凑型的预聚束太赫兹自由电子激光(FEL)、高灵敏度和高多场集成度的太赫兹近场扫描显微技术,建设中远红外自由电子激光,研制出世界上首台高能大视场相衬成像 CT 等;三、领导全面升级了我国第一个专用同步辐射合肥光源, 先后提出并主导推进合肥先进光源、空地一体量子精密测量两个国家重大科技基础设施。期间两获唐立新优秀学者奖(2011、2018),2018 年当选斯洛文尼亚工程院首批外籍通讯会士,2020 年当选国际欧亚科学院院士正式候选人。 在Science, Nat Nanotechnol, PNAS等期刊发表论文 480多篇、6 本英文专著/章节,拥有80多项中美日发明专利/超过25项专利申请,受邀110多次大会/分会报告, 担任近30次MRS等国际学术大会/分会主席、《Sci China Mater》等多家期刊副主编/编委。 先后主持美国、 中国各类项目 46 项, 累计经费近 10 亿元。陆亚林教授曾经三次在美国创业、并在美国康宁和热电集团担任项目经理及研发部经理,有丰富的高技术企业研发和项目管理经验。 主要教育经历 1981.09-1985.07 中国 武汉理工大学 无机非金属材料 学士 1985.09-1988.07 中国 浙江大学 材料科学与工程 硕士 1988.09-1991.07 中国 南京大学 凝聚态物理 博士 2002.01-2003.06 美国 Northeasten University 企业管理 证书
