陈晓辉，男，生于1976年10月，通信与信息系统专业硕士，现任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系副教授。主要研究兴趣为无线通信网络协议优化、无线资源管理、业务建模等。主讲本科生专业课《嵌入式控制器及应用》，联合主讲本科生专业课《多媒体技术基础》。 1993年9月～1998年6月，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获电子工程专业学士学位。 1998年7月至今，工作于中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系 2000年9月～2004年6月，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获通信与信息系统专业硕士学位。 先后承担或参与了多项无线通信网络相关的国家863、国家973、国家重大专项及省部级项目。

无线通信网络协议优化、无线资源管理、业务建模等。
