个人简介
施阁,男,1982年出生,浙江永康人。博士,教授,博士生导师、教育部重大人才奖励计划特聘教授,省杰出青年基金获得者,浙江省151人才第三层次、中国电子学会电路与系统分会委员,IEEE Senior Member,中国计量大学机电工程学院副院长,国家自然科学基金委员会信息科学四处集成电路流动项目主任。主要从事集成电路设计,环境能源高效采集技术,传感器技术以及检测技术与自动化装置的研究。在IEEE JSSC、IEEE TPE、IEEETIE、IEEE TCAS-I等TOP期刊上发表SCI 论文43篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者论文34 篇。授权发明专利18 项。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、浙江省杰出青年基金、省自然科学基金重点项目、市科技计划项目等10余项国家和省部委项目。作为项目主要成员或者子课题负责人参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基NSFC-浙江两化融合等项目。并与企业合作完成多项横向课题项目。华东地区高校电子线路教学研究会理事,曾获浙江省科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖、中国电子学会科技进步二等奖,浙江省科技进步一等奖、中国计量测试学会科学技术进步奖一等奖、浙江省教学成果奖二等奖等,被聘为桐乡市创新驱动特聘科技顾问。 注重学生实践工程能力培养,指导研究生电子设计竞赛,全国大学生电子设计竞赛、科研类全国航空航天模型锦标赛、浙江省机器人竞赛等课外科技竞赛,所培养的学生获各类国家级和省级竞赛大奖100余项,其中2019年获全国大学生电子设计竞赛全国一等奖二等奖各一项,并被评为浙江赛区优秀指导教师。同时致力于科研成果转化,与多家企业建立了良好的产学研合作关系,为研究生提供实践研发项目,以及芯片流片机会。 在研课题: 作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、浙江省杰出青年基金、省自然科学基金重点项目、市科技计划项目等10余项国家和省部委项目。作为项目主要成员或者子课题负责人参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基重点项目等项目10余项 授权专利(在原有的后面添加) 1、一种动态压电换能器共振状态在线检测电路 ZL201811363712.4实用新型专利2023.05.16 2、一种差动电磁式振动俘能装置 ZL202210246852.3实用新型专利2023.10.03 3、一种多方向振动能量采集装置 ZL20220248261.X 实用新型专利2023.9.22 成绩荣誉: 在IEEE JSSC、IEEE TPE、IEEE TIE、IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE NANO、IEEE Sensor、Applied Energy、ECM 等国内外期刊发表论文60余篇,获授权发明专利20余项。成果获浙江省科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖、浙江省技术发明奖二等奖、中国计量测试学会科学技术进步奖一等奖、浙江省教学成果奖二等奖等奖项。指导学生参加各类课外科技竞赛获全国一等奖、二等奖及省级奖项100余项。 2022年“浙江省技术发明奖”二等奖,2/6,浙江省人民政府 2020年“浙江省宁波市科学技术奖”一等奖,3/8,浙江省宁波市人民政府 2020年“中国研究生电子设计竞赛华东赛区优秀指导教师”,中国学位与研究生教育学会 2019年“浙江省科学技术进步奖”一等奖,6/9,浙江省人民政府 2019年 “全国大学生电子设计竞赛浙江赛区优秀指导教师”,浙江省大学生竞赛委员会 2017年“浙江省151人才”,第三层次,省151人才工程联席会议办公室 2016年“浙江省教学成果奖二等奖”,4/6,浙江省人民政府 2015年“桐乡市创新驱动特聘科技顾问”,桐乡市人民政府 2014年“中国计量测试学会科学技术进步奖”一等奖,4/12,中国计量测试学会 2013年“中国机械工业科学技术奖”二等奖,4/9,中国机械工程学会 2012年“中国仪器仪表学会科学技术奖”三等奖,3/9,中国仪器仪表学会
