李灿，1983年出生，湖南岳阳人，副教授。毕业于吉林大学，获工学博士学位，韩国延世大学材料科学与工程学院博士后，现为中国计量大学光电材料与器件研究院副教授，硕士生导师，功能材料专业负责人。“浙江省高校高水平光电功能材料及计量检测创新团队”核心成员。获浙江省留学回国人员择优资助，中国计量大学首批“环宇计划”青年拔尖人才。主持国家自然科学青年基金和浙江省自然科学面上基金。分别在Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Nanoscale, Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics, Physics Review B，Applied Surface Science等国际知名期刊发表80余篇SCI论文，论文他引共计1300余次。
