1975年5月出生，理学博士,研究员，博士生导师。1999年安徽师范大学物理系本科毕业; 2004年获中国科学技术大学博士学位。在国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇；其中SCI论文20余篇,两篇文章被选为THEMIS卫星计划的“金块文章”。先后主持三项国家自然科学基金面上项目，一项青年科学基金项目。
