万骁乐，教授、博士生导师，管理科学与工程专业博士、工商管理博士后，现任管理学院工商管理系副主任、运营与创新管理教研室主任，山东省高等学校“青年创新团队计划”团队负责人。 近年来，先后以第一作者或通讯作者在《Annals of Operations Research》《Expert Systems with Applications》《Applied Soft Computing》《Ocean & Coastal Management》《Marine Policy》《Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics》《中国软科学》《科研管理》《中国管理科学》《中国人口·资源与环境》等AJG（原ABS）3*、国家自然科学基金委认定A、B类以及FMS T1类核心期刊上发表论文近40余篇。在学术兼职方面，担任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会网络科学分会理事，同时兼任《International Journal of Business and Economics Research》期刊编委（2017-2020）。并担任《Energy》《Marine Policy》《Applied Soft Computing》《Dynamic Games and Applications》《中国软科学》《中国管理科学》等期刊以及国家自然科学基金委匿名审稿、函评专家。
